So glad to have found Matthew on Instagram. I’m careful as to the practitioners I add to my self care team. Matthew at Massage of Nashville gave me a sense of safety and ease on meeting him and I realized amazing results after our first session. So much so that I booked a second. I have a physically demanding lifestyle and a 64 year old body in need of repair. On my second session, I could tell Matthew was more in tune with my body and my specific needs. I could tell that much of his work was intuitive, and maybe there was even a little magic! My frozen right shoulder is definitely more open as is my left hip, which suffers from arthritis. I have so much more range of motion in my neck as well. Looking forward to my 3rd session. ~ Susan M
I have had chronic neck pain for over a year now. I Have gone to two neurologists, and orthopedic specialist, a surgeon, physical therapist, and a chiropractor. Doctors said I wouldn’t be able to be athletic anymore and that is my passion. I thought I was out of Hope until I found Matthew. It has been four days now since my massage and I am totally pain-free. If you are experiencing chronic neck pain And if your doctors tell you your x-rays look close to normal with minor wear and tear but you are experiencing daily pain with no resolve I urge you give him an hour of your time. I promise you it will be worth worth it. Yes it has only been four days but I don’t even feel an ounce of pain. I haven’t taken painkillers or muscle relaxers since my massage. My first visit today with Felix. I went for a much needed mental health day and to work on chronic knots and shoulder pain that act up when I’m overly stressed and doing too much without taking care of my self physically. He made me feel very comfortable and was so knowledgeable. It was not just a massage but much needed therapy work and he was perfect for the job! I’ve had very few massage therapists that have had this niche and specialty of therapy versus a relaxing massage and is exactly what I need and look for in a massage therapist for my chronic issues. I’ll definitely be a regular when I get time to step away from my busy life to see him again! ~ Taylor B
